[CA] Encara no sé com aconsegueixen aquells talls [CA] Encara no sé com aconsegueixen aquells talls de pastís tan nets en què es veuen totes les capes perfectament. Deu ser un secret molt ben guardat.
En tot cas, per sumar un any més, m'he fet un pastís a mida: capes de bescuit d'espinacs i llimona alternades amb capes de bescuit de llimona amb llavors de rosella. I, entremig, una bona quantitat de crema de llimona. Per ensamblar-ho tot plegat, la crema de mantega amb llimona justa perquè la torre no s'enfonsi.

[EN] I still have no idea how some people slice cake so perfectly that every single layer looks runway-ready. It must be a well-guarded secret.
Anyway, to celebrate one more trip around the sun, I baked myself a custom cake: layers of spinach and lemon sponge alternating with lemon poppy seed sponge. And in between? A seriously generous amount of lemon curd.
To hold this gorgeous tower together, just the right touch of lemon buttercream — enough to keep it standing tall and proud.
