What is #a34de15?

«A tres quarts de quinze!» (aka #a34de15) is a baking and dessert blog where you'll find a variety of sweet recipes of cakes, cookies, macarons, jams, curds and creams, desserts in jars and all kind of traditional sweets and original creations.

[CA] Tres estacions en una foto: fruits d'hivern 🍊, flors de primavera 🌷 i delícies d'estiu 🍹. 
Per al granissat de pomelo amb gingebre: feu una infusió d'aigua amb una bona quantitat de gingebre triturat (que arrenqui el bull i 30 min. de repòs fora del foc, tapat). Coleu el líquid, afegiu-hi el mateix pes de sucre, feu que arrenqui el bull, traieu-lo del foc deixeu que es refredi l'almívar. Espremeu els pomelos (o una altra fruita!), barregeu-hi entre un 10 i un 20 % del pes en almívar [p. ex. 250 gr de suc + 25-50 gr d'almívar], poseu-ho en una safata metàl·lica al congelador i cada 30 min. barregeu-ho amb una forquilla per trencar els cristalls, durant les 4 primeres hores.

For the grapefruit granita with ginger: infuse a good amount of crushed ginger in water (bring it to a boil and let it rest for 30 min. off the heat, covered). Strain the liquid, add the same weight of sugar, bring back to the boil, remove from the heat and let the syrup cool. Squeeze the grapefruits (or another citrus fruit!) and strain, mix in about 10-20% its weight in syrup [e.g. 250 gr juice + 25-50 gr syrup], put it on a metal tray in the freezer and mix every 30 min. with a fork to break the crystals for about 4 hours.

[CA] A casa, comprar plàtans és un cercle vició [CA] A casa, comprar plàtans és un cercle viciós. Sempre en queden un parell de massa madurs a la fruitera. I aleshores em poso a fer un pastís de plàtan. Però resulta que per a la decoració n'he de comprar més, que utilitzo immediatament. I llavors en tornen a quedar un parell o tres més a la fruitera que es tornen a ennegrir! 🤦🏻‍♂️ Hi ha algú altre que s'hi identifiqui? 🙋🏻‍♂️

Res més lluny d'això! Però sense pensar-m'ho, m'ha sortit un brownie "freestyle"! Què hi farem... Ens l'haurem de menjar igualment! 😉
